All of our file-processing tools — including the Folder Report Generator, image compressor, and document utilities — operate 100% client-side. The processing happens locally in your web browser using JavaScript. No file you select is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party. When you close or refresh the page, that data is gone.
We do not collect names, email addresses, account details, or the contents of any file you process. We do not require registration to use any tool.
We use limited, standard analytics and advertising services that may collect technical information such as your approximate location, device/browser type, and pages visited, as described below.

It is used to decide what to write next and what to fix, not to build a profile of any individual. Analytics providers set their own cookies and are subject to their own privacy terms.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, or you use a content blocker or a privacy-focused browser, analytics and advertising scripts may not load at all. The tools on this site are designed to work regardless, because none of their functionality depends on those scripts.
Most privacy policies ask you to trust an assurance that uploaded files are deleted after processing. This site does not need that assurance, because there is no upload. Each tool reads the file you select using the browser's own file APIs, performs the work in the page using JavaScript and WebAssembly, and hands the result back as a download.

Some tools may use your browser's local storage to remember a preference such as a chosen unit or a recently used setting. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser's site data.

Because this site does not operate accounts and does not receive your files, the personal data we actually hold is generally limited to any correspondence you have sent us.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because your files are processed locally and are not transmitted, the principal security risk associated with online file tools — data in transit or at rest on a third-party server — does not arise here.
Where advertising, analytics or hosting providers process information on our behalf, that processing may take place on servers located outside your country, including in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. Those providers are responsible for the safeguards applicable to such transfers under their own terms.
